February 17, 2024 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.| Goodyear Ballpark
Join the Sole Squad back at the ballpark for the 2024 Heart & Sole 5K and 1Mile Fun Run! This race is the perfect way to kick off National Heart Health Month. Choose from a 5K or 1-Mile Run/Walk. Bring the whole family - this event is geared towards all ages, abilities, and is pet-friendly (dogs are welcome to join the 5K route only).
New this year! Both races now offer a rucking division in partnership with GORUCK. Rucking is running or walking with weight on your back. The weighted backpack is determined by how much you weigh and is between 10-20 pounds.
